Application of HTF type fire fan:
Fans can be widely used in ventilation and smoke exhaust places such as high-rise buildings, ovens, underground garages, tunnels, etc. The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
HTF type fire fan classification:
1. Classified by installation method: horizontal and roof mounted (W-shaped).
2. According to air volume and pressure, there are two types of atmospheric pressure: Type I and Type II (dual speed); There are three types of medium pressure (inclined flow impeller): Type III and Type IV (dual speed); Low voltage types include D1 and D2.
3. Divided by speed regulation method: single speed, dual speed, variable frequency (using variable frequency motor, equipped with variable frequency controller, implementing stepless speed regulation to adapt to different working conditions, it is recommended to adjust the frequency to lock at 25Hz~50Hz).
Working conditions of HTF type fire fan:
Working temperature: -20~+60 ℃ (can operate continuously);
High temperature resistance: 100 ℃ (can operate continuously for 20 hours), 300 ℃ (can operate continuously for 60 minutes);
Humidity:<90%;
Medium conditions: air (with a dust content not exceeding 100mg/m ³);
Working power supply: three-phase, 380V/50Hz.
HTF type fire fan configuration:
The HTF type firefighting high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan has a basic form of axial flow structure, adopts a high-temperature resistant motor, and is equipped with a dedicated motor cooling system. The product has been tested for high temperature resistance by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center according to GA211-1999 "Test Method for High Temperature Resistance of Firefighting Smoke Exhaust Fans". It can be continuously operated for more than 60 minutes at a medium temperature of 300 ℃ and for 20 hours/time at a temperature of 100 ℃ without damage. It can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust purposes. The standard configuration includes impellers, cooling impellers, motors, casings (air ducts, guide vanes, inner tubes, motor brackets), footings, and cooling ducts. To meet the noise requirements of different places, fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths or made into wrapped types.
